William M. Miller

William M. Miller is a shareholder in the Los Angeles based law firm Buchalter and is a member of the firm’s Multi-Level Marketing Practice Group. Will assists direct sales companies in a broad range of litigation and compliance efforts in order to help those companies adapt to the ever-changing regulatory and legal environment. He has handled a myriad of disputes pertaining to multilevel marketing and the direct sales industry, including litigation brought by disgruntled distributors and consumers, and class action lawsuits.

 

Will also specializes in assisting employers with litigation and counseling regarding a wide variety of labor and employment disputes including
discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, disability, unfair competition and PAGA claims, and has brought this expertise with employment matters to the
direct sales industry.
