Andrea Wyland

With more than 25 years of leadership experience in the area of compliance, Andrea Wyland has been in the direct sales channel for 11 years with her primary focus in health and beauty; both areas that she loves. Andrea has extensive experience, and prides herself on being a highly effective legal,
compliance, and ethics executive with demonstrated successes in analyzing regulatory requirements, reducing operating and litigation costs, and by providing training that is engaging and interactive. With compliance a true passion, she has successfully built and led best-in-class teams and programs to meet or exceed compliance objectives while working closely with the Sales and
Marketing departments to drive strategic results and meet business expectations. Andrea enjoys working with and building mutually harmonious relationships with entrepreneurs on their journey toward success through education, training, and open communication.
 

Andrea spends her personal time with friends and family in beautiful Tampa, Florida and recently increased her little family with the addition of a new pup, Bailey. Besides fun in the sun, her passions also include volunteering and helping those less fortunate in the community.
