Jake is currently Head of Sales & Growth at Fluz, an innovative cashback app that has chosen to grow by paying people rather than buying ads. Borrowing incentive design elements from direct sales, Fluz has emerged as an innovator in the social economy by helping over 300,000 Members earn cash back on the things they buy every day.
Prior to Fluz, Jake served as Chief Strategy Officer of MONAT Global. He’s also held executive roles empowering sales, operations, technology, strategy & planning, compliance, and additional teams with Beautycounter. His advisory clients included Amway, Herbalife, Nature’s Sunshine Products, Rodan & Fields, JAFRA, and dozens of other channel leaders.
