Kim Drabik

​As Senior Director of Corporate Affairs, Kim Drabik leads Corporate Communications and Government Affairs for Plexus. Drabik is known as a dynamic global executive with an impressive track record spanning over two decades. With a results-oriented approach, Kim has consistently demonstrated her ability in shaping strategic messaging and enhancing brand reputation for some of the most prominent organizations in the business landscape.

Over the course of her career, Kim has honed her skills in developing and executing integrated strategies that effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders through leadership roles in R&D, Corporate Communications, CSR, Government Relations, next generation family-owned business programs and Board leadership. Her strategic acumen goes beyond conventional approaches, incorporating a keen understanding of public policy and digital platforms to amplify corporate visibility and establish a compelling thought leadership presence.

Drabik currently serves on the board of directors for the Direct Selling Education Foundation and is chair of the Communications, Media, Marketing and Outreach Committee for the Council for Responsible Nutrition.

​

Drabik received a BS degree in Health Care from the University of Michigan and a certificate in Governing Family Enterprises through the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
