Naisha Covarrubias

Naisha Covarrubias joined Mary Kay in 2018 and provides guidance and support to Mary Kay’s Global Business Group, as well as coordinates with compliance and legal specialist teams to ensure proactive and effective legal support across the organization. She also leads the teams responsible for Mary Kay’s sales force compliance and support and is a staunch advocate for the direct selling channel. 

 

Prior to joining Mary Kay Naisha was a lawyer in private practice handling litigation and labor and employment matters, with one of her primary clients being Union Pacific Railroad Company. With nearly 20 years of legal experience, she has developed the ability to evaluate and analyze complex matters and provide direct and concise advice and recommendations to her clients. Naisha has a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine, and attended University of the Pacific of School of Law.  She is licensed to practice law in California, Nevada, and Texas.  She is honored to be part of a company that is changing the world, one perfect shade of lipstick at a time.    ​
